Any Beatles fans out there? I thought the title of one of their most popular songs was befitting of these earrings. It is a fun and hopeful tune that I hope to convey with these whimsical dangles.
When making these arch earrings, I was actually watching the dawn through the open window of my studio. The oranges and yellows were so vibrant and warm that I felt inspired to make earrings that matched what I felt when watching the sunrise.
In essence, the rising of the sun not only signifies the beginning of a new day but could also represent a fresh start. Every new day is filled with the promise that it could be better than the last. Let these earrings remind you to keep the hope alive. If you are having a bad day, remember that a new day is right around the corner. To quote Annie (for my musical fans out there), "Tomorrow...you're only a day away."
